Your work environment at EXP
In this role you will be a part of theMEPPlumbing Team of theU.S. South Sector based inMilwaukee Wisconsin office and have the opportunity to work on the designing plumbing systems for Gaming Hospitality Entertainment Healthcare or Commercial projects.
What a day at EXP has in store for you
- Converting engineers markups into working drawings
- Understand layout and size the fundamental plumbing systems: storm sanitary vent water and gas.
- Perform load calculations
- Route plumbing systems and size appropriately
- Prepare schedules details and fixture and equipment specifications
- Understand the scope of SD DD CD level documents and be able to prepare and deliver drawings at the appropriate level
- Ability to manage and deliver revisions (ASIs etc) and sketches according to proper numbering convention
What your experience looks like
- Ability to think in a 3D simulated environment
- 3 years minimum experience in plumbing design wanting to begin or expand their experience in the plumbing engineering field.
- Strong REVIT MEP experience.
- Engineering or Drafting Degree (BS Architectural Engineering BS Mechanical Engineering BS Plumbing Engineer AS Drafting and Design or equivalent degree) is a plus.
- Great communication skills.
- EIT or PE is a plus.
