We are seeking a Team Manager RTR.

Job overview

We are looking for a reliable and analytical manager with the ability to work independently who enjoys communicating and working with a variety of stakeholders in an effective and timely way. This position is partially operational partially coordinating. Main area of focus would be countries from Central Europe Poland Czech Slovakia Hungary Romania. Apart from making sure that operations are going smoothly Team Manager will be responsible for contact with business representatives in local entities.



Responsibilities
  • Coordinating of work of small team of accountants 23 people).
  • Approval of balance sheet accounts reconciliations.
  • Approvals of general ledger manual jounral entries.
  • Proactive performing the periodend closing activities.
  • Assisting with internal and external financial and compliance audits including SOX controls.


Qualifications
  • University degree with a focus on business administration or finance. A professional certificate in accounting would be an advantage
  • A minimum of five years experience in shared service operations ideally combined with the governance of (partially) outsourced activities
  • Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills
  • Advanced IT skills especially SAP and Excel knowledge. Experience with Oracle EPM would be an advantage
  • The working language is English which has to be fully mastered; good knowledge of any other language from CEE region (i.e. Polish Czech Slovak Hungarian Romanian) would be an advantage.
