Job Description
Our Client is looking for a sales Manager professionalexperienced in selling to mines for OEMs. A Sales Manager role in Johannesburgawaits (open exclusively to South African nationals).
Requirements
Key requirements include:
- Demonstrated team leadership skills.
- Track record of surpassing sales goals.
- Proficiency in CRM systems sales data analysis reportgeneration and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Flexibility for domestic and international travel within Africa(Extensive travel for the first 3 years across Africa (Zambia ZimbabweBotswana DRC Ghana Burkina and in RSA etc)
- Current team needs a handson manager that can go toclient meetings with account managers show them the ropes and hold their handswhen needed.
- Someone that can work with the ops director and provide ideasinnovations etc to grow sales.
- Must have at least six years of their sales in miningenvironments.
