Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated MidLevel Business Development Manager to join our team at Jobsclick HR Solutions. This is a fulltime position based in Bikaner Jaipur or Jodhpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management. The candidate must have a strong background in sales and marketing with a focus on field sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in sales and marketing with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to effectively manage client interactions and data. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong ability to conduct field sales requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Deep understanding of the sales process from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and postsales support.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities to expand the companys footprint in the industry.
- Excellent negotiation skills to successfully close sales deals and maintain favorable terms with clients.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple sales projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the internal team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies that align with company goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive sales growth and increase market presence in assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct field sales activities including client meetings presentations and negotiations to secure new business deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities customer interactions and report on sales performance to management.
