Valley Christian High School seeks a passionate and dedicated Head Varsity Womens Volleyball Coach to lead and build our program in alignment with our Christcentered mission. Our athletics program is committed to developing studentathletes who strive for excellence in competition display sportsmanship in victory and defeat and exemplify integrity on and off the field. We encourage students to grow in faith character and leadership through athletics.
Position Overview
The Head Varsity Womens Volleyball Coach will oversee all aspects of the volleyball program including player development game strategy and fostering a positive team culture. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader and mentor committed to helping studentathletes grow.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high school volleyball team focusing on skill development teamwork and characterbuilding.
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to players at all levels.
- Cultivate a positive supportive and disciplined team culture.
- Collaborate with school administration and community to support the programs vision.
- Inspire and mentor athletes to achieve their full potential academically athletically and personally.
Qualifications
- Previous coaching experience at the club high school or collegiate level preferred.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to the mission and values of Valley Christian High School.
- Ability to mentor and develop young athletes both athletically and personally.
