Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare servicesto the Missouri Department of Corrections.
We are currently seeking a fulltimeCertified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team at Crossroads Correctional Centerlocated in Cameron Missouri.
The Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Under the direction of the facility Director of Nursing/nursing designee administers medications as prescribed documents administration and documents and reports any noted adverse actions or side effects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must maintain active status on the Missouri State Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Registry (mo.tmutest)
- Insulin Certification required
- Completion of an approved Certified Nurse Assistant program and maintenance of active status as a Certified Nurse Assistant (mo.tmutest)
- Must be actively certified in CardioPulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
- One 1 year of experience in acute care emergency or correctional setting preferred
- Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
Available Shift:Days 6:30am7:00pm 312s and every other weekend
