Job Description

Responsibilities

Sales Enablement 70

  • Design and implement comprehensive sales enablement programs aligned with Axiom Laws business objectives and sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks training materials and other resources to enhance sales team effectiveness
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (e.g. marketing product) to ensure consistent messaging and uptodate product knowledge
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes

Coaching Support 30

  • Develop coaching materials and resources for sales managers
  • Work closely with sales managers to implement effective coaching strategies
  • Serve as a resource for sales managers during coaching sessions
  • Identify best practices in sales coaching and share them across the organization

Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience in sales enablement or sales roles
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and Salesforce
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred)

As a Senior Manager Sales Enablement you will report directly to the Vice President of Sales Enablement and serve as an individual contributor. In this pivotal role you will be instrumental in enhancing sales productivity and effectiveness thereby contributing significantly to the growth and success of our company.

Axioms total rewards philosophy is to be transparent and equitable with all job candidates. The annual base salary range for this role based in Chicago is $102000 $115000 You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary Bonus of 20 of your base salary for a Manager level role in our Sales enablement business unit. Please note that the final compensation is determined by several considerations including the quality of your experience and expertise your ability to immediately contribute to Axiom your potential to move up to the next level the market you are located in and other business considerations.
