Job Description
Champions Grill located at Cherokee Hills Golf Clubs clubhouse is hiring seasonal Golf Grill Attendants to be responsible for delivering highquality food and beverage service in a fastpaced environment. This position requires excellent customer service skills the ability to prepare food handle financial transactions and maintain a clean and safe work environment both indoors and outdoors.
Responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders from guests.
- Prepare and cook food items in the golf grill.
- Ensure excellent quality food and beverages are served to guests.
- Process guest payments and maintain accountability for all transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front counter condiment area dining room patio and beverage carts.
- Follow all alcohol safety standards including checking identification.
- Maintain stock levels of condiments supplies and goods.
- Operate beverage carts safely while serving guests on the course.
- Uphold a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Provide a guestfriendly environment and promote a positive atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Entrylevel position; no prior work experience required.
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
- Ability to obtain a food handlers card.
- Ability to obtain a stateissued alcoholic beverage license.
- Ability to stand for long periods bend and kneel.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in climatecontrolled environments and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of food and beverage handling practices.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.
