Job Description
Job Title: Senior Manager Reliability Assurance
Location: Orange CT; Kirkwood NY; Rochester NY; Augusta ME.
Work type: Office
The salary range for this position is dependent upon experience ranging from $132055 to $181575.
Job Summary
Reliability Assurance is split into two groups one group for the Operations & Planning (O&P) Standards and one group for the Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Standards. The Senior Manager manages the implementation and administration of the Avangrid Networks NERC Reliability Assurance Program for one of the groups with objectives of timely and complete compliance with all applicable Program requirements. The Senior Manager will be responsible for crossgroup initiatives and interrelated objectives and for providing high level recommendations impacting both groups to the Director Reliability Assurance and VP Reliability Assurance & Emergency Preparedness.

3)Trackoverallcomplianceprogress.
4)IdentifyandresolveProgramissues.
5)CoordinatecomplianceteamsasdeterminedbyProgramrequirements.
6)HoldregularProgrammeetings.
7)Documentkeydecisionsandprogresstowardcompliancerequirements.
8)PrepareregularupdatesoncomplianceprogressfortheDirectorsReliabilityAssuranceCommitteeandExecutivemanagement.
9)ProvidepreparationandcoordinationforallinternalandexternalauditsofNERCStandardscompliance.
10)ProvidesupervisiontoNERCReliabilityAssurancestaffindesignatedgroup(O&PorCIP).
11)RepresentAvangridNetworksasprimaryoralternatememberontheNPCCComplianceCommittee.
12)RepresentAvangridNetworksastheprimaryoralternateComplianceContactforNERC.
13)InterfacewithNERCandNPCCstaffasneeded.
14)ParticipateinindustryworkgroupsandcommitteesassociatedwiththeNERCStandards(e.g.NATFEEI).
15)RepresentAvangridNetworksinadhocworkgroupswithNERCcompliancestafffromotherpeerutilities.
16)ResponsibleforProgramdeliverables.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with 10 years relevant experience required.
Experience working with regulations and regulatory agencies.
Experience managing a project team or group of individual contributors
Strong project management skills.
Good problemsolving and analytical skills.
Ability to understand and analyze FERC/NERC regulatory requirements.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
