POSITION SUMMARY
The Shipper Receiver is an organized and detailoriented individual ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods in and out of our warehouse. Responsibilities will include preparing shipments receiving incoming materials maintaining inventory accuracy and contributing to the overall smooth operation of our distribution process in a safe and efficient manner.
Core Duties & Responsibilities

Shipping and Packaging Prepare orders for shipment by picking packing and labeling products according to established guidelines.
Utilize shipping software and equipment to generate shipping labels and ensure proper documentation for outgoing shipments.
Arrange transportation and coordinate delivery schedules with carriers.
Maintain a clean and organized shipping area optimizing space utilization.
Receiving Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy quantity and quality against packing lists or purchase orders.
Unload unpack and sort incoming materials ensuring they are properly labeled and stored in designated areas.
Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or issues related to received items.
Inventory Management Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by conducting regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
Participate in periodic physical inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Help organize and optimize warehouse storage layout to improve accessibility and maximize space utilization.
Documentation and RecordKeeping Maintain clear and organized records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Update and maintain inventory databases and other relevant documentation.
Safety and Compliance Adhere to established safety protocols and guidelines while handling materials equipment and shipments.
Comply with company policies and procedures related to shipping receiving and warehouse operations.
Provisioning equipment for customer sites: setting WiFi name password on routers activating equipment on web portal.
Housekeeping duties: sweep garbage overall cleanliness and organization.
Additional responsibilities: as identified and assigned.
Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by EnerStar Solutions.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
1 year
Forklift required
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred but not required.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments and documentation.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to a specified weight limit) using appropriate equipment and techniques.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes and technologies.
Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude toward completing tasks.
