Sentinel Property Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and execute highprofile projects across retail industrial and commercial sectors. Role Overview
Reporting to the Director of Projects youll oversee planning and completion of projects ensuring alignment with strategic goals by managing budgets ensuring compliance and communicate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between with all project stakeholders including architects engineers contractors and internal crossfunctional departments.
Develop and manage project schedules budgets and resource plans ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Oversee the procurement process ensuring materials and services meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress quality and compliance with safety regulations providing feedback to contractors and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks addressing any issues that arise promptly and effectively.
Prepare and present regular project status reports for the business and other stakeholders ensuring transparency and effective communication.
Ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and business satisfaction adhering to agreed timelines and budgets.
Assist in due diligence of properties prior to acquisition especially in relation to construction and potential development.
