This role is crucial in supporting executive and departmental operations through calendar management communication tracking travel coordination and general administrative support. Administrative Support & Organization
Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and correspondence ensuring timely and professional communication.
Manage executive calendars schedule meetings and coordinate conference rooms and video calls.
Organize and maintain digital documentation including printing scanning and filing.
Prepare and process expense reports track receipts and ensure accurate financial documentation.
Oversee mail handling and shipping needs including courier coordination.
Serve as the Program Administrator for the Company Credit Card Program managing access reports and compliance.
Travel & Hospitality Coordination
Arrange domestic and international travel including flights accommodations and rental cars.
Prepare detailed travel itineraries to ensure smooth business trips.
General Support & Event Planning
Assist in executing projects by conducting research making calls tracking deliverables and meeting deadlines.
Prepare materials for internal and external meetings and presentations.
Support event planning including logistics vendor coordination and onsite assistance.
Provide receptionist coverage as needed.
Experience: 2 years in an administrative or office support role.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Outlook Excel).
Preferred Skills: Basic accounting knowledge experience in a professional office setting.
Strong Communicator: Ability to actively listen speak clearly and convey information effectively.
DetailOriented & Organized: Able to multitask and manage priorities in a fastpaced environment.
ProblemSolver: Uses logic and reasoning to identify solutions and improve processes.
Customer Service Mindset: Professional personable and proactive in supporting team needs.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for occasional errands and offsite meetings.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
Onsite role: Remote work is not available for this position.
