You will be joining one of our Live Studios working on Paper 2.
Build and implement F2P systems that enhance player engagement and revenue with a focus on progression monetization live events and ingame economies.
Take full ownership of specifications timelines and outcomes ensuring smooth and highquality delivery.
Utilize A/B testing retention metrics and player data to refine and optimize features postlaunch. Identify strengths address weaknesses and iterate for continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with developers artists and analysts to ensure seamless feature rollouts. Maintain clear documentation resolve technical challenges and make strategic tradeoffs to deliver the best possible player experience.

5 years of experience in mobile F2P games in a productfocused role specializing in economy live events and live operations.
