Job Description
Location: Hybrid work model 3 days per week onsite in Sacramento 2 days per week remote)
Position Type:Leased Employee
Duration:Six months
Mandatory Requirements:
- Ability to clearly articulate IT concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and effectively listen to and understand business needs.
- Understanding of business operations industry trends and strategic planning to align IT initiatives with business goals and drive value.
- A solid foundation in IT infrastructure systems and emerging technologies to facilitate informed discussions and decisionmaking regarding technology solutions.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills to identify challenges propose effective solutions and drive continuous improvement in ITbusiness processes and outcomes.
- Minimum 5 years experience.
Technical Requirements:
- Knowledge of network server and database systems to effectively discuss and evaluate IT solutions with technical teams.
- Experience with frameworks like ITIL to understand service delivery incident management and continuous improvement processes.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and their integration within an organization to understand how business processes are supported by technology.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with strategic portfolio management and current trends in technology.
- Experience in bringing together consensus between departments around multiple objectives for technology solutions.
- Experience with resource constraints and determining critical paths for strategic technology decisions.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery cycles for Technology.
- Knowledge in utility industry and the systems supporting utilities.
