Job Description
Hire Resolves client is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a balanced blend of BusinessAnalysis and Systems Analysis experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops effectively managing interactions with large groups 1020 stakeholders) and handling challenging personalities.
- Drive features from ideation through to detailed documentation encompassing both business and systems requirements.
- Utilize Miro for collaboration and workshop facilitation ensuring productive sessions and clear outcomes.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications working with BackendforFrontends (BFFs) APIs SQL and relational databases. - Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
- Adapt to rapid changes in a dynamic environment contributing innovative solutions and maintaining flexibility in approach.
- Support medium to large digital transformation projects and the development of selfservice portals.
- Proven expertise in facilitating workshops with large groups 1020 stakeholders) and managing challenging personalities.
- Ability to own and document features from ideation to completion including business and systems requirements.
- Proficiency in using Miro for collaboration and workshop facilitation.
- Handson experience with BackendforFrontends (BFFs) APIs SQL and relational databases.
