The opportunity for you
- You will drive technical products while managing crossteam collaboration and complex project schedules removing roadblocks and driving to completion.
- You will develop and own the integration strategy and roadmap to support the growing needs of customers in the ITSM domain.
- You will deeply understand the problems you are handling via research data and customer conversations and work on defining the problems and solutions with the team.
- Youll work with a smart bunch of designers and engineers to help them understand user needs and empower them to make great product decisions.
- Youll work with sales and marketing to help craft messaging and effectively communicate the value of our product.
- Youll also own and maintain the quality of the product areas your team are responsible for and aim to deliver worldclass software with every release.
What were looking for
- 4 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS ideally within the ITSM or related enterprise software domain.
- Proven track record of managing product integrations APIs or thirdparty software ecosystems.
- Experience working with integration platforms API management and data synchronization between enterprise systems (e.g. CRM ERP HRMS etc.
- Good problemsolving skills and the ability to switch between thinking creatively and analytically
- Passion for enduser experience and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills including the ability to document and present design ideas effectively.
