We are seeking professional energetic and high performance individuals to join our fastpaced Service Department.As a Service Advisor you are exclusively and fully responsible for our customers complete satisfaction as well as the overall customer experience. You are the first point of contact with our customers and must be wellversed in maintenance items service repairs and automotive product knowledgeand services as well as the overall customer service experience. Beginning with a prompt professional warm greeting a consistent proven service processand crystal clear communicationwhileunderstanding the entire service repair order process all in a team environment. Service Advisors are true automotive professionals who genuinely enjoy helping clients and other fellow employees. We are open to individuals who have limited experience inthe automotive industry but must have previous experiencein an automotive customer service setting automotive retail sales setting orthe mechanical fleet industryor the hospitality industry.
