Job Description

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
  • 2 years of experience as a traffic manager in a marketing or creative agency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools and software
  • Experienced user of the Workfront project management tool

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Outstanding organizational skills and an eye for details
  • Understanding of campaign and creative development and production
  • Excellent logistical analytical and problemsolving skills

Skills

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Knowledge of Organization: Knowledge of the organizations vision structure culture philosophy operating principles values and code of ethics; ability to understand the value of aligning capabilities with business goals to support optimal performance.

Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective selfmanagement practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives projects groups or activities making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

Process Mapping/Flowcharting: Knowledge of the concepts of process mapping; ability to carry out the documentation of current and proposed manufacturing processes to identify and make improvements.

About the role
The InHouse Agency Traffic Manager will work cross functionally with internal partners across the marketing and creative organization. The Traffic Manager will manage all InHouse creative requests ensuring that they move through the creative process in an organized and timely manner.

Responsibilities include

The base salary range for this position is $65000 $70000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills experience and geographical location. In addition to base pay Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases spot bonuses and shortterm incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
