Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an OSHC Educator Assistant at St Margarets and St Aidans Anglican Girls Schools. We are two leading independent schools in Queensland dedicated to fostering confidence compassion academic excellence and a lifelong love of learning.

The role

You will enjoy working with children and have endless energy to keep up with and supervise them as they engage in a range of indoor and outdoor activities as well as excursions. Your warm and friendly manner ensures you will be able to relate well to children and their parents as well as other staff.

This role is based at both St Aidans Anglican Girls School in Corinda and St Margarets Anglican Girls School in Ascot. This role is casual and the hours will vary week to week.

About the candidate

Do you have a high level of energy and physical capability to perform tasks in an outdoor environment A positive attitude welldeveloped interpersonal skills and an eye for detail are all crucial skills for this role. You will need:

  • a Certificate III in Children Services/Early Childhood Education and Care; or be studying a Diploma in Children Services/Early Childhood Education and Care; or be studying a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
  • You will hold current CPR Anaphylaxis Asthma and First Aid qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role or environment will be highly regarded but not a requirement
