Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Commissioning:
- Install and set up robotic cleaning systems at customer sites.
- Ensure proper alignment wiring and calibration of the system.
Service & Maintenance:
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of robotic cleaning systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical mechanical and softwarerelated issues.
- Replace faulty components and ensure system efficiency.
Troubleshooting & Support:
- Identify technical faults and provide onsite or remote troubleshooting support.
- Coordinate with the R&D and technical team for major issues.
- Keep records of service reports and customer feedback.
Safety & Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines while working onsite.
- Ensure all service activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain logs of installation service and maintenance activities.
- Provide regular updates to the technical team and management.
Skills & Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical Mechanical Electronics or Mechatronics.
- Basic knowledge of motors sensors wiring and control systems.
- Handson experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults.
- Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams and mechanical drawings.
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions at solar power plants or industrial sites.
- Good communication and problemsolving skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to remote locations.
