Job Description
Job Summary:
The Director of Quality Management will be reporting to Transplant and Upstate Neurological Institute (UNI) Administrator and working withphysician leadership assistant directorsof nursingand operations leadership. This position will coordinate and direct enhancing the Transplant Program by broadening the quality and data analytics focus to have a higher and positive impact on the overall program operations along with managing and coordinating UNI Quality metrics andquality managementplanning. Responsible for directing the programs strategic and quality focuses that encompasses innovative efforts EMR optimization maximization of QAPI elements stakeholder relations business growth and to dynamically contribute to the programs success. Provides oversight of data analytics outreach marketing operations and initiatives. Supervises & develops employees and helps creates & develops policies in close collaboration with Administrator Assistant Directors of Nursing physician leadership and operations leadership
Minimum Qualifications:
Masters degree in healthcare administration and 3 years of related experience to include experience with clinical databases data analysis and quality improvement initiatives required. Supervisory experience required. Excellent written/oral communication organizational interpersonal analytical and computer skills required. Must have the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with quality management preferred.
