The Consumer Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive product adoption revenue growth and customer engagement for the Residential division. This role acts as the bridge between product development and the market crafting compelling messaging positioning and gotomarket plans to ensure the products success.
HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT
Vancouverbased team members work inoffice every other week (TuesThurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Dive deep into customer discovery conducting qualitative and quantitative research to understand our customers and identify segments and personas.
- Create compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- Plan and execute gotomarket strategies for product launches and updates.
- Conduct market research to identify market trends competitive insights and product positioning opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align on gotomarket plans priorities and strategies.
- Create product marketing enablement materials such as landing pages presentations product sheets and training content.
- Drive product adoption by owning growth initiatives and collaborating with product and marketing colleagues on .
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of launches and ongoing product marketing initiatives.
- Act as a product advocate both internally and externally to build awareness and credibility.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Proven experience in product marketing preferably with B2C technology or home services products.
- Strong understanding of gotomarket strategies positioning and messaging.
- Experience conducting and analyzing market research and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work crossfunctionally.
- Ability to develop compelling enablement and marketing content.
- Datadriven mindset with the ability to measure and optimize launch effectiveness.
- Passion for delivering innovative gotomarket strategies that drive business impact.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary $85000 $110000 per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education experience and internal parity).
