Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday site operations and supervise site staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and report any issues to upper management
- Conduct regular site inspections and perform quality control checks
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
- Implement and enforce best practices in construction management
Requirements
- National Diploma in Building/Construction Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management or construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction processes safety regulations and industry standards
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Valid drivers license
