Base Salary:

Automotive Master Technician / Mechanic Responsibilities

• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform repairs on systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes air conditioning etc.
• Assist other technicians with their work when needed
• Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Communicates with service advisors on additional work needed if work outlined is not needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
• Participates in manufacturersponsored training programs schools and events.

Automotive Technician / Mechanic Qualifications

• 5 Years of experience as Automotive Technician
• Strong mechanical background
• Ford Master level certifications
• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment
• Ability to work independently and help others
• Strong commitment to provide exceptional customer service

JOBREQUIREMENTS:

• Valid drivers license with good driving record
• Physically able to lift 50lbs
