Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary AI Tech Lead with expertise in Computer Vision and a strong focus on deploying AI solutions on edge devices. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers and researchers to design develop and implement cuttingedge AIpowered Computer Vision solutions that run efficiently on edge hardware. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and delivering scalable realtime AI applications for our business and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and deployment of Computer Vision models tailored for edge devices ensuring high performance and low latency.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including software engineers data scientists and product managers to define requirements and deliver robust AI solutions.
- Research and stay uptodate with advancements in edge computing computer vision algorithms and AI frameworks to ensure our solutions remain cuttingedge.
- Optimize machine learning models for inference on edge devices by leveraging techniques such as quantization pruning and knowledge distillation.
- Mentor and guide a team of AI engineers and researchers fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Participate in strategic decisionmaking to align AI initiatives with business goals and objectives.
Experience:
- Proven experience in computer vision with a focus on deploying solutions on edge devices.
- Handson experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow Lite ONNX Runtime PyTorch Mobile or similar.
- Strong understanding of edge AI hardware (e.g. NVIDIA Jetson Google Coral Qualcomm AI Engine) will be a plus
- Expertise in optimizing deep learning models for low power and memoryconstrained environments.
Leadership Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
