About the Job Opportunity
We are looking for a chartered accountant who prides themselves on developing developing new relationships with Banks FIs FIIs Fund arrangers and raise loan funds from banks development institutions.
Preference will be given to candidates who had exceptional marks in CA subjects and those who passed all groups of the CA exam on first attempt.
At Surefin you will have ample opportunity to grow professionally take independent decisions and even take on business responsibilities within real estate investment advisory and distressed transactions.
You will be reporting to the senior most management including the CEO of Shubhashray who is a rankholder CA. You will have regular interaction with other members including rankholder CAs a Wharton graduate graduates from top schools in their fields and manage a team.
Job Description
Primary Responsibility
1. Raising Bank loans
a. Raising loan funds from banks development institutions.
b. Maintain and develop new relationships with Banks FIs FIIs Fund arrangers.
c. Coordinate with rating agencies legal counsels arrangers underwriters regulators internal teams to facilitate the raising of funds.
d. Manage monitor and optimize overall cost of funds.
Additional Responsibility
1. Independently finalising audited financials of companies LLPs trusts FPI entities investment vehicles and joint ventures. Responsible for monthly quarterly and annual accounting closing in compliance with the latest regulatory standards including Companies Act FPI regulations Partnership Act RERA etc.
2. Independently handling complex tax matters including dealing with tax consultants and authorities. This will include independently briefing outside consultants and counsels.
3. Advising entities in multiple jurisdictions including India Mauritius and US.
4. Interacting with legal and finance team for financial structuring. If the candidate has potential for finance investor relations and banking you will be encouraged to handle more responsibilities.
5. Ensuring monthly TDS GST RERA etc. compliances are made on time.
