Senior Vice President Business Development
Position
Reporting to the EVP & Global Head of JEB the Senior Vice President (SVP) Business Development will lead the development and of highvalue strategic partnerships licensing agreements and largescale business transactions that drive growth for JustEvotec Biologics. This individual will be responsible for identifying and closing transformative deals with biotech pharmaceutical and life sciences companies leveraging JustEvotecs innovative technology and platform capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Identify structure negotiate and close complex highvalue strategic partnerships licensing agreements and longterm collaborations.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic dealmaking expanding JustEvotecs market presence and longterm profitability.
- Develop deal frameworks that align with JustEvotec Biologics growth objectives and create mutual value for partners.
- Lead crossfunctional deal teams including finance legal R&D and operations to drive negotiations and ensure seamless .
- Represent JustEvotec Biologics in discussions and works collaboratively with current and potential partners.
- Build and maintain deep industry insights understanding trends in biologics development manufacturing and emerging technologies.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities based on market intelligence competitive analysis and customer needs.
- Develop compelling business cases to support investment in new strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Act as a thought leader in the biologics space contributing to the companys strategic direction and external visibility.
- Oversee financial modeling risk assessment and due diligence for potential partnerships and acquisitions.
- Contribute to all aspects of business development and strategy.
Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in business development corporate strategy or strategic partnerships within the biopharmaceutical CDMO or life sciences industry.
- Proven track record of structuring negotiating and closing largescale strategic deals (e.g. licensing codevelopment joint ventures or M&A).
- Demonstrated knowledge of biologics development manufacturing technologies and the evolving landscape of nextgeneration therapeutics.
- Strong network within the biopharmaceutical and biotech sectors with a history of building executivelevel relationships.
- Excellent financial acumen with experience in valuation deal structuring and strategic decisionmaking.
- Exceptional leadership communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced innovationdriven environment.
The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $240000 to $280000; Base salary offered may vary depending on individuals skills experience and competitive market value.
