Job Title: LongTerm Care Administrator
Location: Fort Madison Iowa

Birkwood Village is a 72 bed skilled nursing facility with a 34 bed attached Assisted Living. We are committed to delivering compassionate care and fostering a supportive community for both residents and staff.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LongTerm Care Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our longterm care facility ensuring compliance with all regulations and maintaining the highest standards of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the longterm care facility.
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and local regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and facility operations.
- Manage and support staff including hiring training and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with medical professionals residents and their families to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Monitor and manage the facilitys budget and financial performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative environment for residents and staff.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Nursing or a related field.
- Valid state license as a Nursing Home Administrator.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in longterm care administration.
- Strong knowledge of federal state and local regulations governing longterm care facilities.
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Compassionate and dedicated to providing highquality care to residents
