About the opportunity
We are seeking a passionate Regional Manager to lead the delivery of the Workforce Australia program across multiple sites in NorthEast Melbourne. This role is key to driving outstanding performance ensuring that contract targets are met whilst producing sustainable employment outcomes for a diverse group of participants. You will provide effective leadership that aligns with EPlus values mission and operational goals and play a vital role in shaping the future of our services.
As a Regional Manager you will:
Lead and inspire multiple highperformance teams to deliver exceptional service in a challenging government contract
Offer consistent and constructive feedback to your teams to foster continuous performance improvement
Focus on producing meaningful sustainable employment outcomes for our participants
Foster strong community partnerships to improve service delivery and the overall success of the program
Assume responsibility for the achievement of performance targets
Understand and use data to drive businessperformance
