Job Description
The resort pool at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is hiring seasonalPool Cocktail Servers to enhance the guest experience by providing prompt and courteous food and beverage service. This position involves taking orders delivering items processing payments and maintaining a clean and organized service area all while upholding responsible alcohol service practices.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and alcoholic/nonalcoholic beverages to guests in the pool area.
- Ensure excellent quality food and beverage products are served at all times.
- Follow all alcohol safety standards including checking identification to ensure legal drinking age.
- Provide excellent guest service to both external and internal guests.
- Uphold cleanliness standards for the service station and shared areas.
- Perform financial transactions and process guest payments accurately.
- Promote a fun friendly and safe environment for guests.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
- Entrylevel position; no prior work experience required.
- Ability to obtain a food handlers card.
- Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training.
- Ability to obtain a stateissued alcoholic beverage license.
- Ability to stand for long periods bend and kneel.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in climatecontrolled environments and casino floors with exposure to smoke and noise.
