Job Description
Float Pool - RN (Permanent Role)
Location: Dallas TX 75246
Shift: 12 HR Days 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)
- Deliver direct patient care to a variety of units as assigned within the hospital.
- Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Administer medications and treatments according to protocol.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
- Adhere to hospital policies procedures and ethical standards.
- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
- Active RN License in the state of Texas.
- 1 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the U.S.
- 2 years of experience in Medical Telemetry in an acute care inpatient hospital setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required within 30 days of hire).
