Job Description

Float Pool - RN (Permanent Role)

Location: Dallas TX 75246
Shift: 12 HR Days 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct patient care to a variety of units as assigned within the hospital.
  • Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to protocol.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
  • Adhere to hospital policies procedures and ethical standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
  • Active RN License in the state of Texas.
  • 1 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the U.S.
  • 2 years of experience in Medical Telemetry in an acute care inpatient hospital setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required within 30 days of hire).
