The Position

Our bank client is seeking to fill a Chief Operating Officer role in the San Francisco CA market. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing written indepth credit analysis for commercial loans. The individual chosen will be responsible for inspiring and engaging staff with exceptional leadership skills.

This position offers a generous salary of up to $250K and a full benefits package.

Chief Operating Officer responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with the President and CEO and Executive Leadership to establish and accomplish annual goals and objectives as well as strategic plans for the Bank.
• Planning developing and supervising the day to day operational functions of the Bank. Oversees Deposit Operations Loan Operations and Information Technology for the bank.
• Recruiting motivating and leading a highperformance management team in achieving/exceeding the budgetary goals of the bank.
• Guiding the team to manage policies call center and digital presence in compliance with regulations and engaging employees to provide top notch customer service leading to a unique and meaningful customer experience.
• Overseeing research analysis trends and program evaluation of operations in support of strategic planning and daytoday problemsolving.
• Controlling expenses.
• Maintaining high customer service standards.
• Resolving customer service issues.
• Ensuring that staff follows the Banks established policies and procedures.
• Achieving satisfactory audit ratings.
• Identifying and mitigating operational risk.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
• Attending and participating in community events.
• Expanding existing and formalize new partnerships.

• Bachelors Degree plus Fifteen years of banking operations related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
