Job Description
We are currently recruiting for Counsellors to join specialist EAP service based in Hinckley. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate individuals who thrive in a fastpaced environment and are committed to making a difference working for a Sunday times best employer!
Position Details:
8 Helpline Counsellors: This is a Hybrid role so youll split your time between working inservice in HINCKLEY and remotely.
- Clinical caseload after probation
- Support with accreditation
- Clear career progression
- Extensive CPD
Responsibilities:
- Provide brief interventions
- Triage / assessments
- Manage approximately 20 calls per day.
To be considered you must be able to commit to the below:
- 8 hour shifts between 6am to 8pm (nonnegotiable)
- At least 3 days a week or up to 5 days a week across Monday to Sunday (flexibility to choose preferred days)
- Hybrid working however the majority of the working week in the Hinckley office (nonnegotiable)
To be considered you must have at least the below:
- 150 clinical hours with Adults
- Level 4 in Counselling
- 1 year post qualifying experience
- BACP registration
Salary: Between 30000 to 34000 per annum.
