Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT and NonIT recruiting
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT and NonIT roles
- Solid understanding of the recruitment process and best practices
- Familiarity with job portals social media platforms and other recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify staffing needs and job requirements for IT and NonIT roles
- Source screen and select candidates through various channels (job portals social media networking etc.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates relevant knowledge skills experience and aptitude
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job postings interview scheduling and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated with industry trends best practices and recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment policies and procedures
