Job Description
- Assist Snapology Instructors as they lead groups through curriculumguided activities;
- Monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment;
- Aid in Management of student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures;
- Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of Snapology;
- Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students and use information to adjust teaching strategies;
- Handle inquiries from parents regarding Snapology programs;
- Encourage students & parents to enroll students in future Snapology programs;
- Criminal and vulnurable sector check must be current
- Desire to work with children
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Proven ability to report to work on a regular and punctual basis
- Afterschool (September May)* 12 hours in length and occurs between 1:20 4:00pm MondayFriday
- Evening Classes* 12 hours in length and occur between 5:00 9:00pm MondayFriday
- Weekend Workshops* 24 hours in length and occur on Friday Saturday or Sunday
- Summer Camps (June August)* 1.57 hours in length and occurs between 9am 5pm MondayFriday
- Birthday Parties* 2 hours in length and occurs on Friday Saturday or Sunday
- Special Events* 18 hours in length and can occur anytime
