Job Description

We are seeking a fulltime Advanced Practice Practitioner responsible to provide primary and episodic patient care. The Certified Nurse Practitioner CNP or Physicians Assistant Certified PAC evaluates and treats patients for acute injuries/illnesses develops treatment plans counsels patients regarding condition and followsup as needed.

This position is located at our Urgent Care Clinic location at 7600 S Minnesota Avenue Sioux Falls SD.

Shifts vary: 9hours and 12hours and working 7274 hours per twoweek period. Includes weekends and rotating holidays.

Requirements

Education Experience Licenses and Certifications:

  • Degree from an accredited Certified Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program required.
  • Licensed in the State of South Dakota or able to obtain SD license upon hire.
  • BLS ACLS certification preferred; can be obtained upon hire.
  • Two plus years of urgent care emergency or family practice experience in recent years preferred.
