Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidencebased treatment plans for clients with neurological disabilities.
- Implement innovative treatment programs to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
- Provide and manage assistive technologies to support client function and independence.
- Write detailed clinical reports and maintain thorough documentation.
- Participate in Neuro Allianceled or academic research initiatives.
- Engage actively in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Facilitate ongoing professional development and training for yourself and your peers.
- Liaise with various stakeholders including medical specialists families patients and funding bodies.
- Supervise physiotherapy students as directed by the student coordinator.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Physiotherapist.
- Previous experience working with neurological conditions highly regarded.
- Exceptional communication and computer skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Willingness to engage in outreach and telehealth to service our extensive geographical area.
- Possession of current NSW Drivers License and relevant professional registration.
- Hold a current NSW Criminal history check or be willing to undergo one.
