Based in our Enterprise Delivery team as our Lead Business Analyst youll get the opportunity to lead Business Analysts whilst connecting deeply with business stakeholders and SMEs to understand complex business processes and problems as well as with Technical Business Analysts to translate business requirements to technical specifications. Youll mentor and motivate the team to improve processes by facilitating meetings decision making eliminating team impediments and ensuring project budget compliance.

In this role youll get to
- Provide daytoday guidance coaching and mentorship to a team of business analysts within the portfolio.
- Collaborate with the Portfolio Leadership team to align analysis efforts with strategic priorities and program goals.
- Ensure the consistent delivery of highquality analysis outputs from requirements gathering to solution validation.
- Identify opportunities to improve analysis processes tools and methodologies driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the BA Practice Lead in delivering training tools and frameworks that uplift capability across the BA team.
What youll bring to the role
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Recent and relevant experience in leadership having done a similar role before in a portfolio or program context. Youll have proven track record in mentoring and guiding a team of business analysts to deliver their best work. As well as extensive experience in business analysis with excellent skills in requirements elicitation process mapping and solution design.
- Youll thrive on building relationships to enable delivery whilst navigating a complex and ambiguous environment to align analysis efforts with portfolio objectives ensuring consistency and quality across projects.
- You will have familiarity with delivery methodologies (Waterfall Agile Hybrid) and their impact on analysis activities. Youll have the ability to pick up and use collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Exceptional ability to engage with and influence stakeholders at all levels building trust and alignment.
- Adept at using data metrics and reporting to track progress and improve analysis outcomes.
We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model of a minimum of 40 of your week in the office increasing to 60 in July 2025.
