Were looking for a Project Officer to support a new project that will shape the future of our services
Working closely with the Project Manager youll play a key role in keeping the project on track and ensuring its success. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills a proactive approach and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including lived experience advocates operational teams and senior leadership.
This is a fulltime 2year fixedterm position 38 hours per week) based at our Northbridge head office.
The successful applicants will be required to meet the following criteria:
Demonstrated experience in project support role.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads to meet timeframes.
Demonstrated conceptual analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
Considerable experience in using Microsoft Office 365 and high level technical skills.
Demonstrated high level interpersonal verbal and written communication skills (including report writing).
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of diversity and social inclusion including gender sexuality disability cultural age and linguistic diversity and Aboriginal culture.
