Job title: Team Manager Real estate

PURPOSE OF ROLE
We are partnering with a respected Insurance Brokerageto recruit an experienced Team Leader for their Real Estate division. This role offers the opportunity to manage highvalue portfolios in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
You will lead a team of seven Account Handlers overseeing renewals revaluations and cover queries while ensuring compliance and maintaining exceptional data integrity.
SKILLS
- Strong leadership and people management
- Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and broking platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
EXPERIENCE
- Experience leading a team in commercial insurance or real estate
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
- Familiarity with managing large portfolios and clientfocused solutions
QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant insurance qualifications (Cert CII Dip CII ACII) are a plus
DAY TO DAY
- Oversee the teams workload and project management
- Act as the main escalation point for complex issues
- Monitor performance conduct 121s and manage appraisals
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and data accuracy
- Work closely with senior management to meet team goals
