Position Description:
The Machine Learning Team at Ceribell is working on large scale machine learning and deep learning problems to advance the state of neurodiagnostics using EEG. We are looking for passionate and experienced Machine Learning Engineers to develop and ship the next generation of diagnostic algorithms. A successful candidate will bring together strong programming skills understanding of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals familiarity with big data technology and a passion for biomedical applications. This will be a highly crossfunctional role working closely with stakeholders across the lifecycle of our products. This is a hybrid position with an inoffice requirement of at least 3x per week.
Responsibilities:
- Research and development of machine learning algorithms for neurodiagnostics using EEG and other biosensors
- Maintain and improve software pipelines for training and inference
- Lead the transition of prototype machinelearning algorithms to robust scalable realtime deployments
- Participate in publications clinical research and regulatory submissions
- Collaborate with engineers on the team through code and design reviews
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders within and outside the team
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Applied Mathematics Electrical Engineering or equivalent disciplines
- Strong machine learning and deep learning fundamentals
- 3/5 Years of industry machine learning experience
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Production experience using machine learning tools (Torch TensorFlow scikitlearn) and versioning (Git CI/CD)
- Prior experience with signal processing techniques (filtering aliasing wavelets)
Preferred
- Masters degree in Computer Science Applied Mathematics Electrical Engineering or equivalent disciplines AND 3/5 years of machine learning experience
- Experience with machine learning management frameworks like MLflow AirFlow tensorboard etc.
- Prior experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure etc. and tools (Kubernetes Docker etc.
- Prior experience with SQL

A candidates final salary offer will be based on their skills education work location and experience and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribells corporate compensation plan.
