Who are You at MacLellan
As the HVAC Boiler Operator you are part ofBest People. Utilizing our Best Systems you will operate maintain and repair high pressure boilers and associated systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. Because you are passionately committed to being the best you need a deep understanding of boiler systems strong technical expertise and adherence to safety regulations and standards to produce the Best Results.
What are the skills necessary for success
- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems related to boiler operation.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Indepth knowledge of boiler operation safety systems and maintenance procedures.
- Strong problemsolving skills attention to detail and ability to work as a team.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and respond to emergency situations.
What experience is needed for success
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing high pressure boiler systems and associated equipment.
- Experience operating high pressure boilers in an industrial or commercial setting.
- Valid High Pressure Boiler Operator License issued by the State of Ohio.
- Certification in Boiler Operation and Maintenance (preferred).

- After a conditional offer of employment all job applicants at MacLellan Integrated Services will undergo testing for the presence of illegal .
- Applicants will be required to submit voluntarily to a urine specimen test at a laboratory chosen by the Company. Any applicant who refuses to submit to a drug test or is suspected by the lab to have tampered with the specimen will not be considered for employment.
- Prior to testing an applicant will be given the opportunity to list all prescription used and their purpose. All legal found in a drug test result will be verified by a Medical Review Officer (MRO) who will verify that prescriptions are valid and being used at the prescribed amounts and that said amounts are reflected appropriately in the urine.
