DescriptionThis position will plan and lead the eCommerce strategies for the RIDGID and Greenlee brands.You will work closely with many teams including marketing sales and software solutions teams to deliver a bestinclass customer experience.
This role leads the digital content development and deployment strategy needed to drive demand and customer conversions through eCommerce channel partners as well as design and implement the eCommerce customer roadmap.
Work activity will center around the distribution measurement and optimization of digital content for customer and eCommerce channel touchpoints. The position requires an experienced marketing professional with a passion for marketing planning and a strong ability to collaborate on crossfunctional initiatives. In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
eCommerce Strategy
- Collaborate and prioritize with the global eCommerce marketing and sales teams on projects that will drive ecommerce sales.
- Lead and develop promotional opportunities and coordinate performance to improve return on investment.
- Have a cando demeanor. Help create the strategy & lead the implementation.
- Identify and lead product detail page content requirements and gaps across eCommerce channels to improve engagement and conversion.
- Understand and translate eCommerce needs into technical requirements for the internal digital ecosystem.
- Integral team member and/or lead on projects such as PIM DAM and other marketing foundational program implementations or improvements. Work with team including Software Solutions team to set up new or audit existing syndication channels.
- Lead the creation of the BusinesstoBusinessto Consumer (B2B2C) eCommerce strategy for North America. This includes but is not limited to supporting the digital requirements of distribution partners and driving growth plans.
- Supervise and understand the evolving eCommerce marketplaces its impact on consumer trends and translate that understanding into digital marketing strategy and growth plans for the North American Professional Tool brands.
- Provide recommendations on enhancements features communications and promotions targeted at high priority personas.
- Drive continuous improvement of the enduser eCommerce experience.
- Identify and supervise key performance indicators to advise decisionmaking and optimize conversion. Work to build eCommerce content dashboards and the processes to apply data in recommendations.
Digital Content Management
- Use brands purpose and positioning to help formulate the communication strategy for content on channel partner sites.
- Develop and implement content enrichment and promotional strategies for key ecommerce retailers and wholesale distributors.
- Responsible for the development of eCommerce content and deployment strategies to online channel partners.
- Review content and copy for clarity and accuracy.
- Coordinate with fellow Marketing team members and or vendor partners to ensure completion of content and adherence to defined strategies.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

For This Role You Will Need:
- A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a marketing business or technologyrelated subject area is required.
- At least three 3 years of experience in enterprise eCommerce platform planning and implementation.
- Knowledge of the latest eCommerce and digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Experience in handling vendors and implementing strategies with internal and external partners.
- Experience handling etailers/marketplaces specific campaigns (e.g. Amazon Home Depot etc..
- Proven experience working with Web analytics solutions and familiarity with eCommerce conversion tracking methodologies.
- Professional experience in the businesstobusiness (B2B) and businesstoconsumer (B2C) digital retail market.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Five 5 plus years of related work experience is preferred.
- MBA or Masters degree in Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Demeanor that considers the big picture while being able to pay attention to details; can balance both technical and strategic demands is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences ranging from nontechnical senior leadership executives to engineering professionals software developers and operations staff.
- Initiate and lead crossfunctional projects to completion.
- Demonstrable track record of devising salesenhancing strategies.
- Experience with Salsify or other content distribution systems.
- Experience with Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) and Amazon Marketing Group (AMG)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including social and mobile.
- Solid understanding of eCommerce; SEO; SEM/PPC; DAM; CRM; campaign setup analysis and reporting.
- Travel: up to 15
