About the role
Please note this team is hiring across all levels and candidates are individually assessed and appropriately leveled based upon their skills and experience.
Netskope Cloud Data Plane engineers architect and design one of the most scalable highperformance cloud data planes in the world processing 10 Gbps of traffic performing deep inspection using stateoftheart techniques like AI/ML to detect activities and apply advanced policies like DLP Threat and UEBA protection all at line rate.

What you will be doing
- As a Staff Engineer you will be responsible for designing and implementing PKI solutions in C/C/Python
- You will design and develop features for Netskope PKI hierarchy.
- You will utilize your knowledge of Certificate Authority Management to build API gateways for generating certificates CSRs etc.
- Use advanced data structures and algorithms in C C Python
Required skills and experience
- 8 years of work experience in the areas of network or cloud security solutions product development.
- Strong programming skills with C and Python or Golang.
- Experience designing and shipping APIs.
- Understanding of REST HTTPS TLS WebSocket technologies.
- Experience building and sustaining cloud network security software.
- Expertise with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with containers and Kubernetes deployment.
- Selfdriven solution & customer oriented mindset.
- Bonus points for
- Knowledge of PKI OAuth SAML 2.0.
- Knowledge of alerts & monitoring.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate in an open transparent and consistent manner with team and coworkers.
Education
- BS Computer Science or equivalent required MS Computer Science or equivalent strongly preferred
