  • St. Louise Parish School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood/ PreKindergarten (PK) Teacher to join our vibrant and faithfilled learning community. We are committed to providing a nurturing environment where students grow spiritually academically and socially.

    Position: Early Childhood/ PreKindergarten (PK) Teacher
    Location: St. Louise Parish School
    Start Date: August 25 2025

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate and engaging curriculum aligned with our schools mission and educational philosophy.
    • Foster a safe positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued and supported.
    • Integrate Catholic faith and values into daily instruction and classroom activities.
    • Assess and monitor student progress providing individualized support as needed.
    • Collaborate with colleagues support staff and parents to promote student success and community involvement.
    • Maintain clear and effective communication with families regarding student development and classroom activities.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Elementary Education or a related field
    • Teaching certification preferred.
    • At least three years of Early Childhood teaching experience
    • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a structured yet creative learning environment.
    • Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
    • Be able to kneel bend squat lift push pull and carry children up to 50lbs.
    • Be able to pass a background check in MERIT & VIRTUS.
    • Be CPR First Aid and Blood Borne Pathogen certified or be able to obtain certification upon hire.
    • Be able to complete WA States Child Care Basics Program (to be completed within 90 days of hire) and maintain 10hours annual inservice training.
    • Show proof of MMR immunization & Tuberculosis test.
    • Catholic candidate preferred.
    • Experience working within a state licensed program; possesses intimate knowledge of Washington State Department of Early Learning Child Care Licensing regulations and guidelines is preferred.
    Salary:The salary range for this position is from $50000$75000.Any offered salary is determined based on applicants skills and prior relevant experience degrees and certifications.
