St. Louise Parish School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood/ PreKindergarten (PK) Teacher to join our vibrant and faithfilled learning community. We are committed to providing a nurturing environment where students grow spiritually academically and socially.

Position: Early Childhood/ PreKindergarten (PK) Teacher
Location: St. Louise Parish School
Start Date: August 25 2025

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate and engaging curriculum aligned with our schools mission and educational philosophy.
Foster a safe positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued and supported.
Integrate Catholic faith and values into daily instruction and classroom activities.
Assess and monitor student progress providing individualized support as needed.
Collaborate with colleagues support staff and parents to promote student success and community involvement.
Maintain clear and effective communication with families regarding student development and classroom activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Elementary Education or a related field
Teaching certification preferred.
At least three years of Early Childhood teaching experience
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a structured yet creative learning environment.
Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.

Be able to kneel bend squat lift push pull and carry children up to 50lbs.
Be able to pass a background check in MERIT & VIRTUS.
Be CPR First Aid and Blood Borne Pathogen certified or be able to obtain certification upon hire.
Be able to complete WA States Child Care Basics Program (to be completed within 90 days of hire) and maintain 10hours annual inservice training.
Show proof of MMR immunization & Tuberculosis test.
Catholic candidate preferred.
Experience working within a state licensed program; possesses intimate knowledge of Washington State Department of Early Learning Child Care Licensing regulations and guidelines is preferred.

Salary:The salary range for this position is from $50000$75000.Any offered salary is determined based on applicants skills and prior relevant experience degrees and certifications.
