About the Role
You will be accountable for the hospitality function of our Education & Learning facility and provide support to Education and Learning team members by providing a high level of technical and administrative support that enhance and improve the education functions of the organisation.
Provide a professional first point of contact for all staff and visitors attending Education & Learning and ensure coverage of reception desk at assigned times
Provide intermediate skills in Mircrosoft word. Ie: mail merge index formatting and Excel Ie: formulas formatting
Ability to manage core duties as well as provide adhoc administration support to the programs within Education & Learning as directed by Administration Coordinator Managers and General Managers
Provide intermediate technical and administrative support to Education & Learning Centres clinical staff across all campuses
Facilitate all bookings of department rooms equipment and management of catering
Classifications for this position will be HS1 HS17 $58442.80 $64610.00 per annum)
Your Contribution
Demonstrated reception experience in excess of twelve months
Intermediate experience in MS Office suite
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated exceptional customer service experience
