Lehigh University is seeking an experienced Equal Opportunity Compliance Coordinator. This critical role will oversee and coordinate the universitys education investigation and compliance efforts related to equal opportunity and nondiscrimination laws and regulations.

Position Number: S99680
This position is a Grade: 12 40 with an approximate salary range of $101780$123810 and is subject to change based on experience skills and qualifications.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing policies and reporting protocols related to equal opportunity and nondiscrimination laws and regulations.
Executing and managing investigations complaint resolution bias response and reporting findings to appropriate offices for action.
Collaborating with various departments including the Provosts Office Human Resources Student Affairs Vice Provost for Academic Diversity Athletics and the Lehigh University Police Department.
Ensuring compliance with laws such as Title IX Title VI Section 504 Title VII the Americans with Disabilities Act the Violence Against Women Act Reauthorization of 2012 (VAWA) and the SaVE Act as well as related University policies.
Monitoring and evaluating compliance with equal opportunity laws regulations guidelines and policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Doctoral Degree in Public Policy or a Juris Doctor preferred.
A minimum of three years of experience in equal opportunity management with a total of three to five years of relevant professional experience in related fields.
Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with diplomacy and discretion.
