Job Title: Nordic Sales and Marketing Lead Consumer Care

Location: Stockholm Sweden OR Denmark Copenhagen

Lead implementation of Sales & Marketing Management plans and manage activities concerned with business development product/band P&L brand licensing in line with business and financial objectives Group guidelines and policiessupport for the Dermatological Skincare Brands Cetaphil Benzac Curanail.

You will align with the companys overall goals and ensure it resonates with target consumers in the local Nordic markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of 3 direct reports as well as the development and of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Manage and inspire fostering a culture of success and collaboration.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Design implement and control effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities to support growth.
  • Prepare Sales & Marketing plans and policies to analyse and report on the effectiveness of advertising and marketing campaigns to ensure optimum ROI.
  • Execute Sales & Marketing plans and policies related to planning developing and delivering the marketing strategy for products and its brands.
  • Influence pricing strategies to remain competitive in the market and maximise profitability.
  • Oversee budget management and resource allocation to optimise marketing spend.
  • Contribute to longterm business goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to increase loyalty and brand advocacy.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role with a track record of leadership and success.
  • A strong creative mindset with the ability to design and execute innovative sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to foster a highperformance culture.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisionmaking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Fluent English and Swedish language Additional Nordics language is a plus
