Administrative Assistant College of Nursing Position Overview:The Concordia UniversitySt. Paul (CSP) College of Nursing invites applications for an administrative assistant to support and coordinates administrative activities within the Nursing Department onsite in Greenwood Village Colorado. Essential Duties: - Provide professional and proactive administrative support to the colleges dean department chairs/directors department faculty and students across all educational tracks and locations. Examples: Schedule meetings and take meeting minutes coordinate events manage supply and educational material inventories prepare contract requests maintain vendor and student rosters prepare communications and process requisitions.
- Follow administrativesystems and proceduresfor the College of Nursing.
- Proctor exams.
- Assist with clinical compliance tracking.
- Support student admissions processes by preparing student materials for review.
- Support programmatic regulatory and accreditation compliance by assisting preparation and submission of appropriate reports and management of files.
- Interface with students faculty and staff in a collaborative and customer friendly manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience: - Bachelors degree preferred.
- Preferred 3 years administrative support experience.
- Preferred 1year administrative support experience in accredited higher education program.
Competencies: - Commitment to the mission and values of a Lutheran University.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced changing environment and successfully meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. Preferred experience with student and learning management systems.
- Ability to creatively solve problems and formulate/implement process improvements.
- Professional demeanor with a collaborative spirit and friendly demeanor.
