The BPO Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of multiple business process outsourcing (BPO) teams ensuring excellence in service delivery operational efficiency and client satisfaction. The role involves strategic planning resource allocation performance monitoring and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve business objectives improve efficiency and exceed client expectations.
